Answer: Typically, our mentorship sessions last for one hour. However, we can adjust the duration based on your specific needs and the complexity of the topics we’re discussing.
Answer: My mentorship style is collaborative and goal-oriented. I focus on understanding your specific challenges and objectives, then provide guidance based on my experience and expertise. I encourage active participation and questions to ensure you get the most out of our sessions.
Answer: The frequency of our meetings depends on your chosen mentorship plan. We can meet once a month in the Basic plan, twice a month in the Standard plan, or up to four times a month in the Premium plan. We can also adjust the frequency based on your needs and availability.
Answer: As I am the primary mentor offering these specialized services, changing mentors within our program isn’t an option. However, I’m committed to adapting my approach to best meet your needs. If you feel we’re not aligned, let’s discuss how we can improve our mentorship relationship.

Answer: The duration of our mentorship program is flexible. While some mentees prefer a short-term engagement of 3-6 months, others choose to continue for a year or more. We can discuss the ideal duration based on your goals and progress.
Answer: Yes, I do offer group mentoring sessions. These can be arranged for teams from the same organization or for individuals from different companies facing similar challenges. Group sessions are priced differently from individual mentorship.
Answer: I understand that schedules can change. I request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as completed sessions. I’m happy to reschedule within the same month if my calendar permits.
Answer: Confidentiality is paramount in our mentorship relationship. I adhere to strict professional ethics and will never share any information about your business or our discussions without your explicit permission. If required, I’m open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before we begin our mentorship program.
